What we supply
Exhaust fans, evaporative pads, and light traps quoted as one design for poultry houses and swine barns. Dark-out houses need traps on both ends.

Exhaust fan details
Cellulose evaporative media, frames, and water distribution for the inlet wall. Pad area is matched to fan capacity so contact time stays in range.
Pad details
Air passages that block daylight at fans and inlets. Required in breeder, layer, and other dark-out houses that run a lighting program.
Trap details
Tunnel ventilation: exhaust fans, cooling pads, and light traps specified as one pad-and-fan system.
System details
Box fans for cattle and dairy barns — hanging or aisle-mounted. Quoted to barn size, stocking, and power. Not a poultry-house tunnel-wall exhaust kit.
Cattle fan detailsHow tunnel climate is specified
A working tunnel system is a pressure path: inlet area, pad resistance, house tightness, and fan capacity have to add up. Under-sized pad area raises static pressure and cuts fan output. Over-speed through the pad wastes water and wets the house. Light traps add resistance that must be in the fan selection, not added later.
Send house dimensions, bird or livestock type, stocking, local design temperature and humidity, and available voltage. We reply with a practical equipment list and a quotation.
Who this site is for
Replace a fan wall, add pad cooling, or close a light leak on an existing house. Tell us what is already installed.
Match fans, pads, and traps to a house drawing. We quote configurations, not a single universal kit.
