Privacy notice

This notice describes how ecoharvestx.com handles information. It is written for a small commercial site that does not run user accounts.

Who we are

This site is published under the EcoHarvest brand of Clarity Green-Tech LLC at ecoharvestx.com. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The contact for privacy questions is sales@ecoharvestx.com.

What we collect

This is a static website. Pages themselves do not create an account or store a form in a database. If you write to us, we receive whatever you put in the email: typically your name, company, email address, and project notes. Your mail provider and ours will also process ordinary message metadata (time, addresses, technical headers).

Server and network logs

The host and any content-delivery or DNS provider in front of this site may log IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time. Those logs are used to operate the site, diagnose faults, and keep it available. We do not sell log data.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. The web server and any reverse proxy in front of it may set a technical cookie that is strictly necessary to route or secure the connection. We do not run a marketing pixel on these pages.

How we use inquiry mail

We use your message to reply, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a commercial record of the inquiry. We do not add addresses to a newsletter list from this form, because there is no newsletter on this site.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to complete the inquiry or any resulting order, and for ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that has not become a contract by writing to the address above.

Sharing

We share inquiry details with logistics, manufacturing, or freight counterparts only when that is required to quote or fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information.

International transfer

Mail and hosting may be processed in more than one country. If that is not acceptable for a given project, say so in your first message.

Your requests

To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from your emails, write to sales@ecoharvestx.com from the same address you used to contact us.
