Exhaust fan details

Box fans for cattle and dairy barns — hanging or aisle-mounted. Quoted to barn size, stocking, and power. Not a poultry-house tunnel-wall exhaust kit.
Cattle fan detailsExhaust fans, evaporative pads, and light traps quoted as one design for poultry houses, swine barns, greenhouses, and workshops. Dark-out houses need traps on both ends.

Tunnel ventilation: exhaust fans, cooling pads, and light traps specified as one pad-and-fan system.
Tunnel ventilation detailsWe do not publish model-by-model performance tables on this public site. Ratings belong on the quotation for the house you actually operate.
Each product on this page is specified to the building, not sold as a one-size kit. Exhaust fans are wall-mounted negative-pressure fans for poultry houses and swine barns, in box, hammer-shutter and cone types. Cooling pads are cellulose or flame-retardant cellulose evaporative media for tunnel-inlet walls; plastic honeycomb pads are mainly for odor-control and exhaust-air wash walls. Light traps block daylight at the fan wall and inlets of dark-out houses. Cattle barn fans are hanging or aisle-mounted box fans for cattle and dairy barns, and are not a poultry-house tunnel-wall exhaust kit.
For a tunnel-ventilated house, the exhaust fans, cooling pads and, on dark-out houses, light traps are quoted as one design, because inlet area, pad resistance, house tightness and fan capacity have to add up. Light traps add resistance that must be in the fan selection, not added later. Replacement fans, pads or traps for an existing house can be quoted on their own; tell us what is already installed.
For exhaust fans, name Box, Hammer-shutter or Cone, the frame material, the opening size, and the voltage and frequency. For cooling pads, name cellulose, flame-retardant cellulose or plastic pads and the flute code, such as 5090, 6090 or 7090. For light traps, give the fan size and count and whether the house is dark-out. For cattle barn fans, give the barn size, stocking, mount type and blade choice.
Send house or barn length and width, eave or ridge height, species and stocking, house type (tunnel, combination or dark-out), country and climate, voltage and frequency, and whether the job is a new house or a retrofit. The reply is an equipment list, configuration notes and a written quotation by email.
